Join our Operations team as our new Operations Coordinator and play a key role in ensuring our customers receive their multi-functional devices and printers on time, every time.
Requirements
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate deliveries so customers get what they need, when they need it.
- Confirm product availability and work with inventory teams to keep stock accurate and up to date.
- Keep customers and the sales team informed with timely updates - no surprises, just great service.
- Provide exceptional customer support, resolving issues and ensuring a smooth delivery experience.
- Maintain accurate information in SAP, including customer notes, delivery confirmations and feedback.
- Collaborate with national warehouses, state workshops, logistics and service teams to streamline processes.
- Contribute ideas and participate in improvement initiatives to make our delivery operations even better.
