The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the successful management of construction projects from start to finish, coordinating execution, monitoring budget and planning, and ensuring quality standards are met.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a Project Leader in the construction industry
- A completed technical education at HBO or WO level, preferably in Building, Civil Engineering, or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills and proven ability to negotiate effectively with various stakeholders
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and direct teams effectively
- Demonstrable decisiveness in complex situations
- Excellent command of both Dutch and English
- In possession of a valid VCA certificate
- In possession of a valid driving license B
