Job Description
As a Concession Sales Associate, you will provide high-quality customer service, support operational processes, and manage product and POS management in a retail setting.
Requirements
- At least 2-3 years of retail experience
- Customer experience, positive attitude towards customer service, and a high standard of customer focus
- Friendly, reliable, and trustworthy demeanor and a well-groomed appearance
- Good numeracy and verbal communication skills in German
- Computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Intermediate to advanced English skills
- Flexibility regarding work shifts on weekends, evenings, holidays, and overtime if necessary
