Job Description
Pattern Maker Supervisor supervises pattern makers, evaluates employee performance, makes and assists in developing fit blocks based on garments sample, pictures, sketch specifications, and coordinates new concepts or initiatives with Merchandising. The role is responsible for maintaining technical expertise to ensure quality of output to contractors.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years' working experience
- Minimum 2 years' of supervisory experience
- Average level at speaking and written English
- Proficient in MS Office applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel
- Have team spirit
- Good at communication
