Job Description
As Partner Regional Retail Sales Manager, you will shape and implement the sales strategy for a network of +/- 35 partner stores for a territory in Poland and Baltic Countries. You will influence the growth of our brand by implementing innovative solutions that increase sales efficiency and store profitability.
Requirements
- Co-creation of a sustainable long-term growth strategy for Lee Wrangler in Poland
- Delivery of sustainable profit contribution for the company and partners
- Development and implementation of a sales strategy for +/- 35 partner stores
- Analysis of sales data using advanced Excel skills and knowledge of Power BI
- Identification and implementation of new solutions to increase operational efficiency in partner stores
- Building long-term relationships with partners and negotiating order processes
- Monitoring product displays and ensuring brand guidelines are followed
