Job Description
We are looking for an INTERNAL SALES AGENT to generate leads for the team. The position is based in the Perimeter office location on Chamblee Dunwoody road. The candidate must be a licensed Georgia Real Estate Agent with 1-2 years of experience in closing sales.
Requirements
- Must be a licensed Georgia Real Estate Agent
- Must have 1-2 years of experience as an expert on closing sales
- Must have prior experience with outbound prospecting calls
- Experience with First Multiple Listing Service and CRM's
- Must be a self-starter
- Must have advance communication skills in English both written & speaking
- Can work flexible hours
- Must know how to use business application software for example: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
- Online Application like Google Apps (Docs, calendar, etc.)
- Comfortable with or without script
