Trailer Technician

Kooner Fleet Management Solutions is seeking a Trailer Technician to join their team. As a Trailer Mechanic/Technician, you will perform preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on Commercial trailers. This is a field-based role that requires skilled technicians who enjoy independence and variety in their work.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on trailer tech experience working on Commercial trailers.
• DOT inspection and air brake repair expertise that keeps fleets rolling safely.
• Strong communication skills and ability to connect and communicate with customers and drivers alike.
• Comfortable using mobile apps, navigation systems, and digital tools to stay organized and document repairs.
• Ability to work independently, dependably, and self-motivated with a positive attitude and safety-first mindset.
