Lead Software Engineer

We are KOPE, a software platform for offsite construction, and we're looking for a Lead Software Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you'll collaborate with geometry experts to design and develop robust C# libraries that tackle complex problems.

Requirements

• Strong C# proficiency with experience across the modern.NET ecosystem
• Proven ability to architect and develop reusable libraries with a focus on computational design applications
• Exceptional ability to understand complex geometrical problems and translate them into appropriate computer science concepts
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and knowledge sharing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex challenges
• Proficient with latest software development tools and workflows
• Awareness of and openness to AI agentic development approaches
