Business Operations and Partnerships Specialist

Kora is seeking a Business Operations & Partnerships Specialist to support the expansion and optimization of their payment infrastructure across African markets.

Requirements

• Drive operational efficiency across payment workflows and internal processes
• Design and implement process improvements that enhance reliability, speed, and operational performance
• Build and maintain scalable operational frameworks to support new market launches and partner integrations
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline operational activities
• Identify, evaluate, and develop strategic partnerships with banks, payment providers, and ecosystem players across African markets
• Lead commercial discussions and negotiations to establish mutually beneficial partnership agreements
• Monitor partner performance and resolve operational or commercial issues as they arise
• Lead the operational execution of key business initiatives and market expansion efforts
• Coordinate closely with product, engineering, compliance, and commercial teams to ensure alignment and delivery
