Job Description
We are looking for an Office Manager to shape the heart of our office as the central interface for employees and guests. You will ensure smooth operations in the entire Office Management with your organizational talent, communication strength, and service orientation.
Requirements
- Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
- Several years of experience in office management or similar role
- Organizational talent, prioritization ability, and communication strength
- Service-oriented, solution-oriented, flexible, and resilient
- Team player, independent, responsible, and discreet
- Very good German language skills in writing and speaking as well as good to very good English language skills in a professional context
- Secure handling of MS 365, collaboration tools (Microsoft Teams), and ERP systems (SAP, DATEV)
- Responsible handling of data, as well as IT security and data protection guidelines
