Product Manager (m/w/d)

Product Manager role involves representing customer needs in product development, monitoring user feedback, and managing a Scrum team. The role requires experience in shaping high-complex software products and agile software development methods.

Requirements

• University degree with a technical focus or comparable professional qualification
• 5+ years of experience in shaping high-complex software products as Product Manager or Product Owner
• Regular use of industrial visual inspection software is an advantage
• Experience with agile software development methods (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) and with productivity tools for agile software development (e.g. JIRA, Confluence)
• Experience in leading cross-functional projects in a matrix organization
• Ability to manage many competing priorities and deadlines at the same time
• Strategic and analytical thinking with a long-term product vision
• Experience with user stories, acceptance criteria and the definition of done
• Work experience in the consumer health or pharmaceutical field is an advantage
• Fluent German skills, very good English skills are required
• Willingness to travel occasionally on business
