Senior Accounting Specialist

The Senior Accounting Specialist will work as a finance expert and trusted partner to the Head of Accounting, providing expertise in financial accounting, management reporting, and cross-functional financial support. The role involves assisting with close processes, reviewing accounting entries, and ensuring high-quality financial statements and management accounts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• 8+ years progressive experience in finance and accounting
• Hands-on ERP experience (SAP preferred)
• Professional certification (CPA, CMA, ACCA)
• Experience in multinational or matrixed organizations
• Experience with finance transformation or system implementation
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and understanding of financial controls
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to partner with and influence stakeholders non-hierarchically
• Solid understanding of technical accounting and reporting principles
• Leadership capability with ownership mindset and attention to detail
• Advanced MS skills
