We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to collaborate with the senior leadership team to deliver Human Resources management services, programs, and solutions to the organization. The role will involve strategic HR partnership, talent and performance management, people operations and compliance, and HR operations and local support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years as a Human Resources Business Partner in a multinational or fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of Thai labor law, HR best practices, and experience working in a global, matrixed organization
- Proven ability to coach leaders, manage complex people topics, and lead performance and talent management initiatives
- Hands-on experience in recruitment, payroll coordination, and employee relations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with HRIS systems and data-driven reporting
