Job Description
We are seeking an Interaction Designer to advise on content and features, develop logical system paths, and assist in the production of unique visual and tactile solutions for system interaction with user interface designers. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Computer Interaction, Ergonomics, Design, or Cognitive Psychology and 2-4 years of related experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Computer Interaction, Ergonomics, Design, or Cognitive Psychology
- 2-4 years of related experience
- Automotive, Electronics/Mechanical knowledge, and/or programming knowledge
- Understanding of human factors principles, techniques, and technologies
- Proficiency in Visio, Omnigraffle, Adobe CS5, and other design software
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents
- Ability to communicate ideas, concepts, and subjective matters to others
