Product Manager (Confidential Client)

The Product Manager for Capsule Delivery Solutions delivers crucial and fundamental support in building and sustainably managing the capsule product line of the business unit. The PM will have to collaborate intensively with various Business Unit functions and teams, managing and optimizing the portfolio, driving product life cycle and product development, and monitoring product performance in the market.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Economics, Marketing or Biochemistry, or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in marketing and/or sales or relevant other experience within the pharmaceutical field
• Demonstrated success at building customer relationships and understanding customer needs
• Experience in product management: product knowledge, forecasting and budgeting, pricing and positioning
• Strong business acumen
• Program/project management experience
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all levels of management
