Job Description
KoRo is seeking a Senior Food Developer to shape and expand its diverse product portfolio. This role involves creative ideation, product formulation, process execution, strong market understanding, and collaboration with internal teams and external partners. The position focuses on driving innovation, building relationships, and ensuring a smooth project execution in the food industry.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product development within the food industry
- University degree in food technology, nutrition science, product management, or a comparable field
- Fluency in German and confident communication in English
- Strong grasp of quality standards and end-to-end product lifecycle processes
