CAREGIVER

The Caregiver provides personal care and supports residents in areas like meal service, activities, and cleaning. They perform tasks with adherence to organizational and regulatory requirements, maintain resident health information, and prioritize quality care. The role focuses on assisting with daily living, medical administration, and resident relations.

Requirements

• High School education, plus 6 months of experience as a personal aide, Caregiver or equivalent life experience
• Certification of CNA or MA completion (preferred)
• Reliability and Flexibility in Scheduling
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Energy and Professionalism
• Knowledge of State Regulations and Health Compliance
