CAREGIVER

This Caregiver position involves providing personal care and support to residents with activities of daily living, including meal service, housekeeping, and assistance with medical administration. The role requires adherence to organizational and regulatory standards and maintaining resident safety and privacy. Requires close supervision of direct staff and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.

Requirements

• High School education, plus: Six months of experience as a personal aide, Caregiver or equivalent life experience
• Reliability and Flexibility in Scheduling - Demonstrates excellent attendance
• Communication and Organizational Skills - Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Energy and Professionalism - Ability to demonstrate patience, understanding, tolerance and emotional/physical ability
• Knowledge of State Regulations and compliance with regulations
• Ability to maintain knowledge of DHS 83 and 89 and attend training
