Requirements
- 4-8 years PQE
- Experience in real estate development, construction, or related industries
- Strong knowledge of Thai laws and regulations, particularly in real estate and corporate law
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
- Fluency in Chinese, English and Thai, written and spoken
