Requirements

• Board Certified PMHNP or Physician Assistant with psychiatric experience (or strong mental health background)
• Licensed or license-eligible in Tennessee
• Required Tennessee DEA or eligible to obtain
• Comfortable working in an inpatient psychiatric setting
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to manage acute psychiatric presentations
• Collaborative, adaptable, and committed to patient-centered care
