The Head of R&D Powertrain (Connectors) will lead the construction team for the corresponding product line, develop innovative technical construction solutions, and ensure timely product development under high quality and competitive costs.

Requirements

• Completed study in the field of mechanical engineering, process, electrical, or economic engineering or a comparable technical qualification
• Several years of professional experience in the automotive industry, preferably in the field of connectors/cable harnesses in the E-Mobility/HV-Products sector
• First leadership experience in leading a team
