The Acquisition Manager – Business Banking is responsible for driving the growth of the deposit base and cross-selling financial products to business banking customers.
Requirements
- Enhance the deposit pool by acquiring and managing business banking customers.
- Drive cross-selling of non-deposit products including mutual funds, insurance, and other third-party offerings.
- Generate fee income through effective product penetration and customer engagement.
- Promote and sell business banking solutions such as CMS, POS, and other transaction services.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and operational delivery at the branch.
- Oversee branch administration and ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance norms.
- Manage productivity and morale of branch team members to achieve business objectives.
- Take ownership of branch profitability, break-even, and P&L performance.
- Liaise with product, marketing, and support teams for service enhancements and new product initiatives.
