The Acquisition Manager – Business Banking is responsible for driving the growth of the deposit base and cross-selling financial products to business banking customers.
Requirements
- Enhance the deposit pool by acquiring and managing business banking customers
- Drive cross-selling of non-deposit products
- Generate fee income through effective product penetration and customer engagement
- Promote and sell business banking solutions
- Ensure high standards of customer service and operational delivery
- Oversee branch administration and ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance norms
- Manage productivity and morale of branch team members
- Take ownership of branch profitability, break-even, and P&L performance
- Liaise with product, marketing, and support teams
