The Acquisition Manager is responsible for driving the acquisition of retail loan customers through direct and indirect channels, managing relationships with channel partners, and achieving sales targets for retail loan products.

Requirements

• Acquire new customers for retail loan products
• Generate leads through market activities, referrals, and cold calling
• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to KYC norms
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing of loan applications
• Maintain strong relationships with channel partners
• Track and update the status of loan applications to customers and partners
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries promptly
