Branch Operations Manager-BRANCH BANKING-Branch Banking

The Branch Operations Manager is responsible for leading and supporting the branch service team. This role includes ensuring regulatory compliance, conducting audits, authorizing entries, verifying transactions (up to Rs. 10 lakhs), and managing branch vaults/key custodians. The ideal candidate will be a customer-focused, detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of banking operations.

Requirements

• Lead the Service Team
• Ensure regulatory and procedural compliance
• Co-ordinate the audit of the branch
• Authorize and check RO / SO entries
• Check end products
• Check vouchers to clear transactions (up to Rs. 10 lakhs)
• Vault/Key custodian
