Requirements

• 6+ years of Banking experience
• 3-4 years in Retail Liabilities Sales
• Sales experience with Liabilities products
• MBA or CA/CAIB qualification
• Good leadership skills, tactical rather than strategic
• 40:60 ratio of thought to action
• In-depth understanding of financial instruments, markets, and macro-microeconomic processes
• Ability to manage and motivate a branch team
