Operations Team Member-WBG OPERATIONS (OPS)-Commercial Operations

We are seeking a proactive Operations Team Member to join the Commercial Operations team within the Wholesale Banking Group (WBG). The role involves verifying legal documentation, maintaining operational records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and coordinating with auditors and internal teams. The candidate should be detail-oriented, possess strong communication skills, and be able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Requirements

• Verify executed legal documents.
• Maintain operational records.
• Ensure adherence to Stamp Duty norms.
• Perform CERSAI maintenance.
• Update PSL for CCOD products.
• Coordinate insurance policy maintenance.
• Prepare and release Disbursement Advice.
• Issue Limit Loading Instructions (LLI).
• Track post-disbursement conditions in DRS.
• Handover files and dockets to DMT.
• Manage insertions of documents post-disbursement.
• Close deferrals upon receipt of documents.
• Track post-disbursement conditions in DRS.
