• Develop and expand relationships with High Net Worth households for liabilities and commercial assets
• Ensure high levels of customer service and adherence to bank policies
• Cross-sell a wide range of banking products and services
• Educate clients about new products and enhancements
• Plan and execute targeted sales initiatives and client engagement events
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions
• Monitor and resolve customer complaints and queries
