The Portfolio Relationship Manager in the SME segment of Wholesale Banking is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of corporate clients, handling credit renewals, limit enhancements, and ensuring timely documentation and compliance.

- Act as single point of contact for all client requirements

- Identify opportunities to cross-sell Trade Finance, Forex, and Cash Management Services solutions
- Collaborate with internal product teams to deliver customized solutions
- Drive revenue growth through increased product penetration and wallet share
- Ensure profitability of the managed portfolio
- Maintain portfolio hygiene
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Represent client interests internally and ensure timely resolution of service issues
