The Premier Acquisition Manager – Business Banking is responsible for acquiring and managing high-value Current Account (CA) customers and driving business banking product penetration.
Requirements
- Achieve business objectives for Retail Liabilities Sales at the branch level, focusing on value, volume, and channel productivity.
- Source and onboard high-value Current Account customers and their family banking relationships.
- Drive revenue through cross-selling of third-party products such as insurance and investment solutions.
- Promote and penetrate business banking products like CMS, POS, and Beat services to CA customers.
- Acquire new customers through personal efforts and acquisition channels.
- Coordinate with internal teams including credit, legal, operations, and product to ensure smooth onboarding and servicing.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term engagement and satisfaction.
