As a Relationship Manager in the Affluent Priority segment of Business Banking, you will be responsible for acquiring and managing high-net-worth individual (HNI) clients. This role demands a deep understanding of client needs, strong financial acumen, and the ability to offer tailored banking solutions across liabilities, assets, and investment products.
Requirements
- Acquire new HNI clients and expand existing relationships through strategic sales planning and execution.
- Conduct in-depth profiling of clients to understand their financial needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Drive business across liabilities, assets, and fee-based products to enhance relationship value and revenue.
- Perform regular portfolio reviews and present investment options aligned with client goals.
- Maintain consistent client engagement through weekly/monthly calls and meetings.
- Resolve client queries within defined turnaround times to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client onboarding.
- Organize and participate in special sales initiatives, client events, and engagement activities.
- Ensure strict adherence to bank policies and regulatory guidelines in all client interactions.
- Continuously identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to increase wallet share and client stickiness.
