As a Relationship Officer for Kotak 811 Digital Sales, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers through open market activities and driving sales of financial products. This is a high-energy, field-based role focused on building relationships, achieving sales targets, and expanding the bank’s digital footprint.

• 100% field-based customer acquisition for Savings and Current Accounts
• Conduct Canopy and Umbrella activities
• Cold calling
• Referrals and open market sourcing
• Drive cross-selling of financial products
• Work within assigned geographical areas (mapped by pin code)
• Meet acquisition and cross-sell targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and customer service standards
