Risk Manager-Support Services-Consumer Risk

Risk Manager for Support Services-Consumer Risk, responsible for managing collateral risk across the mortgage portfolio, including policy development, risk assessment, system configuration, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• BE (Civil) / B.Arch / MBA (Construction Finance or Project Management)
• 10-12 years of experience in managing collateral risk and/or collateral assessment in Banks/NBFCs/HFCs
• Understanding of builder categorization scorecard
• Experience in handling APF process
• Experience in handling legal evaluation in mortgage portfolio
• Experience in implementing scorecard models in collateral policy and credit decisioning process
• Experience in implementing BRE and rule-based underwriting and enabling automation of credit checks
