We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Sales Executive to lead sales efforts in the Tractors and Farm Equipment (TFE) segment.
Requirements
- Lead and guide a team of 5–7 DSTs to ensure consistent sales productivity.
- Source business through manufacturers, dealers, and sub-dealers in semi-urban and rural markets.
- Establish and manage tie-ups with channel partners and associates for sales programs.
- Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth loan disbursement.
- Follow up on early delinquency cases and manage post-disbursement documents (PDDs).
- Support development of both direct and indirect sales teams.
