Senior Service Officer - BRANCH BANKING - Branch Banking

This role is for a Senior Service Officer within a branch banking setting in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. Requirements

• Overall 6yrs of Banking experience
• 3-4yrs of Retail Liabilities experience
• Sales experience with Liabilities products
• MBA/CA/CAIB qualification
• Good leadership skills
• 40:60 ratio of thinking/doing
• In-depth financial instrument and market understanding
• Understanding of customer service cycle
