Software Development Manager-SUPPORT SERVICES-CTO Head

This role is for a Software Development Manager responsible for the IT Team within the Support Services department at ITDC. The role involves end-to-end project management, including CRM solution and application management. It requires strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ideal candidate should be proficient in software development lifecycle processes and capable of troubleshooting performance issues in a production environment.

Requirements

• At least 5-8 years of experience as Project Manager
• Experience on development/management of CRM solution and customer front-ending applications
• Good communication, technical & analytical skills
• Good knowledge of IIS/Apache/WebSphere/Oracle 12C
• Responsible for end-to-end project management
• Skilled in troubleshooting of performance issues, diagnose and resolve in critical production environment.
• Proficient in managing QA, UAT, software product releases & production support
• Proficient in software development lifecycle, requirement analysis, architectural design
• Educational Qualifications BTECH/BE/MCA or any professional degree with IT Background
