Software Development Manager-SUPPORT SERVICES-CTO Head

This role is for an IT Team Supervisor reporting to Siddharth Saxena, focused on the IT Department and focused on CRM solutions and customer applications. The Software Development Manager will manage projects, troubleshoot performance issues, and ensure effective software product releases. The position requires strong communication, analytical, and technical skills, along with a background in web development and database management.

Requirements

• At least 5-8 years of experience as Project Manager
• Experience on development/management of CRM solution and customer front-ending applications
• Good communication, technical & analytical skills
• Good knowledge of IIS/Apache/WebSphere/Oracle 12C
• Proficient in managing QA, UAT, software product releases & production support
• Proficient in software development lifecycle, requirement analysis, architectural design, and implementation
• Educational Qualifications BTECH/BE/MCA or any professional degree with IT Background
