Software Development Manager-SUPPORT SERVICES-CTO Head

This role is for an IT Team Supervisor in the IT Department, specifically for the Assets Level Division. The SAP-driven role involves managing end-to-end project management, including CRM solution development and customer-facing applications. The position requires strong communication, technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot production issues.

Requirements

• At least 5-8 years of experience as Project Manager
• Experience on development/management of CRM solution and customer front-ending applications
• Good communication, technical & analytical skills
• Good knowledge of IIS/Apache/WebSphere/Oracle 12C
• Responsible for end-to-end project management
• Proficient in troubleshooting performance issues
• Proficient in managing QA, UAT, software product releases & production support
• Proficient in software development lifecycle, requirement analysis, architectural design, technical discussions, implementation, impact analysis, deployment & documentation
