Overall responsibility for the management and development of the site, leadership and coordination of engineering projects in the field of electrical engineering and energy supply, and ensuring compliance with quality, time, and budget targets in projects.

Requirements

• Completed education or degree in electrical engineering, energy technology, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in the energy sector, ideally in the field of network technology, switchgear, energy distribution, or renewable energies
• Proven experience in leading engineering projects as well as in personnel management
• Sound knowledge of relevant standards and standards (e.g. VDE, DIN, IEC) as well as project management
• Knowledge of energy-related framework conditions and regulatory requirements is an advantage
• Safe application of project management and CAE tools (e.g. MS Project, Factro, AutoCAD, EPLAN, Ruplan, Engineering Base)
