Job Description
We are looking for a Scrum Master to enable and coach 1–2 Scrum teams to excel through Agile values and practices.
Requirements
- 2+ years' experience as a Scrum Master or Product Owner in Agile environments
- Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile frameworks
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
- A coaching mindset, focused on empowerment, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Ability to adapt to change and keep teams focused and engaged
- Fluency in Greek and English
