Job Description
Join Carnival as an Assistant Butcher and help bring the FUN to life aboard one of our fantastic vessels! As an Assistant Butcher, you will be responsible for issuing meat, poultry, and fish items, handling products according to US public Health guidelines, and working with the Storeroom Team to ensure our guests have everything they need for a fun and memorable vacation.
Requirements
- Fluency in conversational English
- Positive attitude and motivated
- Well-groomed and follows proper hygienic practices
- Familiarity with different cuts of meat and ability to carve carcasses and handle whole fish
- Physical strength to lift a minimum of 60 lbs
