Job Description
The Executive Chef is responsible for overseeing all galley and crew galley operations, ensuring menus are executed consistently with company standards, and managing a team of staff to deliver high-quality food products.
Requirements
- B.A. in Culinary Arts, Professional Chefs or vocational school diploma or equivalent
- 15+ Years experience in culinary/food and beverage management positions
- 3+ Years in a senior food and beverage position within the cruise industry is preferred
- Strong background in Food & Beverage Operations Management
- Effective communicator
- Strong financial understanding
- Ability to manage multi-cultural teams
- Must be fluent in English language
