Job Description
The Executive Pastry/Bakery Chef is responsible for managing the production and delivery of pastry items for all food outlets, ensuring compliance with Company recipes and picture presentation standards, and leading the Pastry and Bakery galley team.
Requirements
- Degree in Pastry Arts from a recognized culinary institution or three-year apprenticeship in lieu thereof
- Minimum of six years of experience in large volume hotel or pastry operations preferably with cruise ship experience of which at least two years of experience were as Chef de Partie Pastry or equivalent rank
- Ability to manage a large volume production schedule and team
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office and job-related computer software
- Command of the English language, both verbal and written
