Job Description
Join our snack-loving team as a Recycling Team Member. This hands-on role involves keeping the site safe, clean, and running smoothly by ensuring waste is removed in a timely and responsible way. You'll work largely unsupervised, taking ownership of your area and delivering a high standard of service.
Requirements
- Experience in waste, recycling or industrial cleaning roles
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- Flexible and reliable approach, including willingness to work additional shifts, overtime, and weekends
- Physical capability for a hands-on role, comfortable with lifting, moving materials, and time on your feet
- Experience with material handling equipment (counterbalance FLT and ride-on truck experience ideal)
