Job Description
KPM is seeking a dedicated Assistant Maintenance to support the day-to-day operations of property maintenance, performing routine repairs and maintenance tasks, conducting regular inspections, and responding to maintenance requests from residents.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in facilities maintenance is a plus
- Previous experience in maintenance or a similar role, preferably in multifamily property management
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC operations
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact with residents and team members effectively
