Job Description
Karya Property Management is seeking an Assistant Maintenance professional to join the team at the Blue Note property in Nashville, Tennessee. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing service requests, troubleshooting HVAC systems, and performing preventative maintenance duties.
Requirements
- 1 + years of experience in multifamily maintenance or equivalent field
- HVAC and EPA certified
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required
- Customer service experience
- Valid driver's license
