Karya Property Management is seeking a Community Manager for a premier residential property. The role requires a motivated and skilled individual to oversee the community's success and vitality.

Requirements

• Conduct daily walkthroughs to assess property conditions and identify maintenance needs
• Maintain property aesthetics and ensure customer satisfaction by overseeing on-site staff
• Supervise marketing efforts to attract new residents and ensure timely leasing processes
• Manage resident relations: address concerns, resolve complaints, and improve retention rates
• Oversee financial operations, including daily collections and budget management
• Train and guide staff to foster a collaborative and productive working environment
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and all permits
• Regularly inspect vacant and make-ready units to guarantee quality readiness for new residents
