The Application Support Engineer will provide technical support, maintenance, and continuous improvement of business-critical applications.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Application Support with a focus on DMS, MySQL,.NET, Python, and iManage integration with CAM and Litera
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) methodologies
- Experience with monitoring and alert systems, such as Nagios or Splunk
- Knowledge of ITIL framework for incident management
- Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to investigate and diagnose technical issues
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work with cross-functional teams
