Job Description
The ServiceNow GDN Assistant Manager develops technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet IT department and business needs. They are responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting ITSM modules like GRC, SECOPS, and HRSD, as well as contributing to internal and client-facing projects. The role requires strong design, development, and integration skills with ServiceNow.

- Expertise in ITSM, CSDM, ITOM, Knowledge Management, GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM, ITBM
- Proficiency in Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JAVA Script, etc.)
- Experience with ITIL Framework

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
