Job Description
The Assistant Manager will possess a deep understanding of key financial metrics and provide actionable insights for strategic planning and operations. The role involves conducting analysis of P&L and balance sheet statements, developing financial models, and supporting the execution of financial projects. The Assistant Manager will also contribute to process improvements and automation of reports, collaborate with stakeholders, and support the mentoring and guidance of team members.
Requirements
- Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) and advanced degrees (e.g., MBA)
- Understanding of tools such as MS Excel, Power BI, SQL, Alteryx, VBA
- 10+ years relevant experience in Financial accounting, management accounting, and FP&A
- Proven track record in driving operational excellence and delivering exceptional customer service
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
